Take 1 Pre-workout capsule half an hour before your workout, followed by 1 Recovery Blend capsule. During the week before your period, take 2 Period Blend capsules daily, in addition to your Pre-workout and Recovery capsules. Continue taking the Period Blend capsules for two weeks per month.

Can I take all three supplements daily?
Yes, you can take all three products every day, but do not exceed daily dosages for each individual product. For maximum results, take one Pre-Workout and one Recovery supplement daily, and two Period Blend supplements daily for two weeks starting one week before your period.
When should I take my supplements?
Ideally, take the Pre-workout supplement half an hour before your workout, and the Recovery supplement within half an hour of finishing. You can take the Period Blend at any time of day.
